The legal owner(s) address is required to be on the Gas Safety certificate to ensure it is a valid legal document

All Gas Appliances in a rented property need to be inspection owned by the Landlord. If you have none, but have a gas meter and is still active, you still need a gas certificate.

Please describe where you gas meter is. Please ensure it is accessible on the day, so we can carry out a gas tightness test which is required to issue a valid gas safety certificate.

A new MOT-style certificate means that landlords can carry out the annual gas safety check in the two months before the due date and retain the existing expiry date. *Please leave blank if this is your first inspection or does not apply to you.

Please apply the congestion fee if the property resides within a congestion fee area.

1. Hourly Rates: There is minimum charge of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 30 minute increments.

3. Fixed Price: Written and verbal quotations are available from our engineers or we are happy to make an appointment for an estimator to assess your job.
